End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the JetBuy mobile application ("App") provided by Scale Group Inc. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, do not install or use the App.

License Grant

Scale Group Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Attempt to create derivative works of the App.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice on or in the App.

• Use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this EULA.

Ownership

Scale Group Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein.

User Responsibilities

Accountability: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with the App, if applicable. You agree to notify Scale Group Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this EULA. You may not use the App to violate any laws or rights of others.

Updates and Support

Updates: Scale Group Inc. may, from time to time, provide updates or upgrades to the App. These updates may be necessary to continue using the App or to improve its performance.

Support: Scale Group Inc. may provide technical support for the App. Contact details for support may be found within the App or on the Scale Group Inc. website.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Disclaimer: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SCALE GROUP INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

Limitation: SCALE GROUP INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

Termination: Scale Group Inc. may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your mobile device.

Changes to this Agreement

Modification: Scale Group Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Scale Group Inc. website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
